Valentine’s Day is here and, while we’re all about showing others how much we love them, sometimes you’ve got to love the one you’re with and that’s YOU! Too often, we women love on everyone else but ourselves. We feel guilty or selfish for taking or even making time for ourselves. Well, enough of that!
Don’t wait until your batteries are dead to seek a recharge. How else can you fill someone else’s cup if yours is continually running on empty? Here’s a list of 75 easy ways to love yourself and recharge. Is there something you do that didn’t make the list? Let us know!
